The room has a nice window facing the backyard and a closet. Room is not furnished but the rest of the house is, although some space for more furniture etc if needed. Kitchen is fantastic with modern appliances and a dishwasher. Parking is free with lots of space and there is a semi fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. Washing and drier in apartment. Good air quality and good vibes in the apartment. Wifi is $25 and utilities range but not crazy.

You will be living with me - a 26yr old female, and my dog, a mini golden doodle who is super cute and chill. I am big into surfing and hiking and I work 5 days per week, 2 days being at home. I am a non smoker, non partier, and value cleanliness (but not quite a cleanfreak lol).
