I have a private and separate room unit available for rent in my home. What you see in the pictures is what is set inside the bedrooms. There are bunk beds but I can accommodate for a single individual, though rent will be cheaper if one unit is split amongst two.

This rental is ideal for people who are going to Sheridan College in Brampton or Humber College Northern Campus.

You will have access to a shared living room, a shared kitchen and a shared patio.

Food, laundry, internet and also accessibility to gaming consoles (PS5 and XBox Series X) will be provided throughout rental.

My house does have cats so in the event that you are allergic to cats or have a strong disliking towards cats, this rental is definitely not for you.

I am currently charging $950 for the unit.

Nearest intersection is Williams Parkway and Grenoble. The house is a 2 minute walk to 2 bus stops; Williams Parkway and Grenoble and Greenbriar and Grenoble.
