We are looking for someone to take over the lease until the end of October in a fully rented house.

About the house: • Shared with 5 other women in their 20s – warm, friendly, and respectful environment. • The landlord does not live on the property. • Total of 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs, 1 on the main floor). • This room is on the main floor – quiet, spacious, and offers extra privacy. • Great natural light + efficient heating & cooling system. • Fully furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and vanity. • LG washer & dryer in unit. • One-month deposit required (refundable at the end of the lease, pending room inspection). • Utilities (electricity, water, gas) are not included. • Garage available – currently used by one person, but can be shared at no extra cost (just discuss with them directly). • Strictly no male guests allowed (female-only household).
About the roomies
Most of the housemates work at bakeries, so the house is usually empty during the mornings and even on weekends.
Everyone tends to stay in their own rooms except when eating, so the house stays quiet overall.
Since this room is on the first floor, it offers extra privacy and a peaceful environment.
