About the room
The room for rent is in the upper floor of a house, which we have the private front entrance too. I do have a super sweet male cat, who will be your best friend! There is street parking and we can share the yard and fireplace with our downstairs neighbours! Utilities are all included in the monthly rent and there is on site laundry that’s shared with downstairs!
About the roomies
Hello! My name is Sarah Erickson, I am 23 years old and currently attending VIU to obtain a Bachelor of Science with a major in Geoscience. I am looking for a roommate for May 1, 2025, as my current roommate is leaving the island.
I am a very quiet and neat tenant that would prefer someone with the same values. I work remotely for the YMCA, as a childcare administrator, so I require a quiet space at home to work. I will also most likely be working for a geologic exploration company starting May/June and will be at camp for the majority of the summer.
I am an avid outdoors enthusiast, love hiking and wildlife photography. I enjoy rock climbing and snowboarding when I have the time. I have a very sweet male indoor cat that you will have to be okay with and I am not sure if there’s an option for another animal joining the house.
I would love to meet anyone who thinks rooming with me would be a good fit or we can virtually call as well 🙂
