Clean and quiet neighborhood with plenty of trees and nearby paths for walking and biking. This is a furnished room, with a shared full bathroom upstairs and a half bath on the main floor. The living room area is furnished. If you happen to have some of your own furniture, i’m open to us using an item or three depending on size. The basement may have some limited remaing storage space which you might like to use. I have decent looking table with 5 chairs set up of which you are welcome to use, along with anything else i have here, should it make good sense to do so. The refinished kitchen area is small but tidy. There is a dishwasher. Im not it :) I only ask that you do your best to keep the place clean. Itll be a team effort here and while this 2 bedroom townhouse unit isn’t at all oversized, we’ll have to work together. Itll be fun. You’ll like it 🤘. I have a Dyson vacuum that my momma gave me. Works like a charm. We can both use it 😉 The washing machine and dryer are a welcome bonus for us. Both are available for you to use.

Lastly, this is a subrental arrangement, and potential room mates will have to be cleared through property management prior to any arrangements we may make. Clearance doesn’t mean there will be criminal investigation or background check opened on you. Im a reasonable person. Certainly not perfect. The neighborhood area here is like a small family and so while privacy is both given and expected, so too is basic communal considerations. Everyone has the right to peace, and the right to find the quietness at reasonable times.
