Super great route to UVic as well as downtown, about 10 or 15 minutes both ways. A nice view with a pretty sweet balcony. Super close to the Royal Jubilee. A full bathroom and kitchen shared with just 1 other person and 1 cat. All amenities are included.

About the roomies

I’m a 22-year-old student at UVic, finishing up my classes over the summer. I like to crochet, paint, and generally do artsy stuff. I really enjoy local music events and hanging out with my cat. I work shiftwork as a support worker, so my work schedule is not fixed. I like to keep a pretty clean place, and I’m a pretty chill, quiet person overall.
