One bedroom in a recently renovated house in Gordon Head. Easy 11-minute walk to UVic, or a 3-minute drive. $800 including all utilities, internet, etc. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Full use of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Shared with UVic students and the owner. We have had students in the house many times over the years. Lots of street parking. House backs onto a park. Looking for quiet and respectful tenants; it is not a party house. Must like dogs (beagle and a golden retriever). No smoking allowed. References from you would be helpful; I can give you references from current and previous tenants. Current tenant has been terrific, but he got a job in another city, so he’s moving out. Available April 1.
