The neighborhood is very quite and nature oriented with lots of nearby parks and waterfronts, great for picnics and 2 minutes away from a metro station and only 15 minutes away from the downtown area. It is furnished so I have a bed frame and a mattress already and a dresser. and I have a washer and a dryer as well.

There’s a grocery store at the end of the street and everything is in reach and walking distance!

I am a quiet 29 year old female artist who is more introverted but a good communicator. I am looking for someone who has similar values in cleanliness and would agree to do a shared cleaning schedule. I spend most of my time working in my room, but am more than happy to help with anything you need. :)
