About the room
It’s in a quiet area, close to a Metro and Shoppers. Around the house, there are lots of bus routes to downtown and the Western campus. There are two available rooms and 1.5 baths. One room has access to a shared patio that overlooks our backyard. We have a shared driveway with our neighbours as well. We do have parking spots but they’re currently taken up, if you have a car however, I’m sure we could work something out with the spots, if not there’s street parking in the cul-de-sac right by the house.
About the roomies
We’re both neat and clean people. Working professionals: one works in retail, and the other works as a research assistant. We’re friendly and down to hang out together or watch shows together.
