Beautiful room in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment! The room comes with a bed and storage, otherwise its is yours to make your own. It is within a half hour bus ride to Algonquin college, 20-30 minutes walk to Carleton Campus, and close to transit for Ottawa U. We are around Mooneys Bay and Hogsback Falls if you are a fan of green spaces, and the place come with amazing amenities, including on floor laundry and access to both an outdoor pool in the summer and year round pool and sauna within the building. The place itself is about 1100 square feet and the room is a nice and roomy 9x12 ft. I am looking for someone willing to stay for a period of 8 months or 2 semesters, from September to the end of April, though we can negotiate specifics. You would have two roommates! Both of us are Algonquin College students in Child and Youth Care. We are 23 and 21. We’re looking for a student or young professional who is easy going, fun, and kind.
