I am looking for: i: Two people to sublet to during the months of may-august when I will not be in Halifax.

ii: One person to be my roommate for the school year of September - April.

Apartment on the 4th floor. 2 blocks from the water, 4 blocks from a big grocery store, and walking distance to Dal (10ish min to main campus) and SMU (takes me around 18 min). Bigger bedroom (mine during the year) has a bathroom attached and smaller bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. In unit washer/dryer.

I am a 22 y/o studying at SMU. I cook all my meals, but that’s more to save money than any passion for cooking. I go to sleep pretty early - or rather I get into bed at 9:30 and read until midnight. I tend to like to do my homework in the living/dining room, or just sit there and draw. Most of my socializing happens at the school, so I rarely have guests over. I think my #1 roommate quirk is that I’m always singing. I have, as the kids say “a touch of the ’tism” so hopefully anyone who is living here at the same time as me is willing to give me a little bit more space if I need it.
