Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room in my house over the summer!! I’m looking for females only. It’s close to transit and a gorgeous, quick walk to Ottawa.

Dates: May 1st or June 1st to August 31st (summer sublet)

House: It has five fully furnished bedrooms and a vast space. There is a standard study room, a communal full kitchen, a laundry room in the basement, a lot of storage, and a fantastic colossal backyard (perfect for hangouts, picnics, and work)!

Location: It’s about a 10-15-minute walk from UOttawa, and busses go to the Rideau Centre, Parchment, and downtown! It’s in a great location, near everything you’d need, and in a charming, family-friendly neighbourhood!

Price: $975 a month for a one-bedroom apartment, which includes all utilities (hydro, water, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, parking, laundry).

During the summer the house is pretty quiet and there will only be 1 or 2 other people. Everyone is super nice and friendly!
