Hey! I’m looking for a like-minded roommate to share a furnished, new-build 2-bedroom apartment. The space includes in-unit laundry and is $880/month all inclusive (heat, electricity, internet - everything’s covered).

It’s just a short walk to Petit Laurier, one of the most charming little streets in the city, with great cafes, shops, and parks nearby. The building also features an interior courtyard and a rooftop patio with fire pits and BBQs!

The apartment isn’t huge, so I’m hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle and schedule who values a calm and respectful home. The decor is a bit simple at the moment since my current roommate was just here short-term, but there’s lots of potential to make it feel more like home!

First off, I have a dog! She’s a husky mix, super sweet and absolutely loves people. She is a bit hairy, but I take care of all the vacuuming and there is now a robot vacuum as well lol 😅 So it’s really important to me that I live with someone who genuinely likes dogs and is cool with sharing space with one who is super cuddly.

Outside of that, I’m really into sports-mostly hockey and I spend a lot of time outdoors. I go on a bunch of fly fishing/backcountry and camping trips, especially in the summer, so I’m often out of the house on weekends. I also visit Toronto quite often. Always happy to have company if you’re into hiking, skiing, or canoe trips!

I also play guitar (quietly and respectfully), and I work full time as an Urban Designer. I have my own company and usually work from home two days a week.
