Come live in our warm and welcoming home in the charming Scotia Heights neighborhood!

The available bedroom comes with a new full-sized bed. You’ll be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with us, and we also have a finished basement for extra space.

Getting around is easy—there’s a bus stop a short walk away for routes 18 and 32 (transit is reworking routes that will take place in June). If you drive, there’s parking in the back and plenty of street parking available.

Love the outdoors? Kildonan Park is just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll or enjoying nature. The neighborhood is also extremely friendly and active, with people often out walking and biking.

You’ll also have access to the backyard, and if you’d like, you can enjoy the fire pit! All utilities, including Wi-Fi, are included in the rent.

If you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable place, this could be the perfect room for you!

We’re Cole and Matthew—partners in life and in our shared passion for all things nerdy, accompanied by our two cats, Chai and Minerva.

Cole works in the arts by day and thrives as a night owl. He’s always up for a deep dive into the latest TV binge or a passionate chat about epic sagas like Lord of the Rings or Star Wars. You’ll also find him tending to his garden, getting competitive with a board game, or playing/running an RPG!

Matthew spends his days working in a school library, surrounded by books (a dream, really). When he’s not reading, he’s in the kitchen or enjoying a good board game, video game or RPG session!

Chai & Minerva round out our little family. Chai (5) is a belly-rub enthusiast—once she decides you’re worthy. Minerva (2) is our tiny chaos gremlin often having the zoomies and a love for cuddles.
