Hello! My roommate Valérie and I are looking for a third person to join our apartment starting July 1st 2025 (1 year lease). The apartment is a 5 ½ located on Avenue Girouard, and rent is 609$/month by room + hydro/wifi

The room in question is comfortably situated facing the inner courtyard, away from the busy street. It can fit a double bed, desk, dresser and nightstand, has a high ceiling (like the rest of the apartment), its own window and its own closet.
About the roomies
We are both students in our early 20s, and we are bilingual (French/English)! We would like a roommate who is equally down to hang out and yap and spend time doing their own thing, as well as someone who keeps their space clean.
