The building has a range of amenities (movie room, working spaces, gym, BBQ, garden, etc.) and is located close to Queen street and king street streetcars. The apartment is also steps away from a bus stop for easy travel to Union. Pharmacies and FreshCo are within walking distance from the apartment as well.

Two working professional women in their 20s looking for a similar 3rd roommate to move in September 1st. We like to keep things clean, so cleanliness is a must. We don’t mind noise for the most part either, just be mindful when people are working or have work the next day. In general though, we’re really looking for someone friendly, funny and kind, who’s looking to really live and vibe in community with their roommates rather than just exist in the same apartment.
