It is conveniently located in a cul-de-sac. 5 minutes drive to the highway, Gatineau and Lac Leamy Park. 10 minutes drive to downtown Ottawa. Bike path 1 minute walking distance. 10 minutes walk to the bus stop.
Amenities: Heat - Water - Internet. Laundry Facilities ( brand new washer/dryer) . Linen (includes bedsheets, duvet and cover). Pillows (sleeping and decorative). Heated floors and heat lamp in bathroom . Designated shelves in linen closet, vanity, pantry, kitchen cupboards, for each tenant.
Expect to share the kitchen, laundry and bathroom with 2 other female tenants. Tenants are expected to keep all shared space clean. Deep cleaning for shared space to be done bi-weekly by landlord.
Students and professionals are welcome.
