About the room

The den is currently available for $1100 per month, and I can make it $1000 for you if plan to start for more than 3 months. I’m seeking a working profession or a student to share the space with me. Along with the desk in the den, there’s an additional desk in the living room where you can work or study with a fantastic city view in downtown Toronto.

I’m looking for someone to move in on December 1, 2025, but the room is already vacant. If you’d like to move in a day or two earlier, you can do so without paying extra rent.

LOCATION: Blue Jays Way & Front St West; the exact address is 361 Front St W, located on the 17th floor. We are situated in Toronto’s entertainment district, with the Rogers Centre and CN Tower just a 2 to 5-minute walk away.

If you’re a fan like me, you’ll love the stunning view of the CN Tower from the balcony, which features a table and three chairs on the carpet—an ideal spot to unwind, listen to music, and occasionally host friends for drinks.

Amenities and features: This spacious and bright 1+1 condo offers a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, including an outdoor BBQ balcony, gym (with cardio and weight rooms), basketball courts, swimming pool, dry sauna, meeting rooms, and a party room. It’s just a short walk to the CN Tower and Rogers Centre, with a 24-hour Rabba convenience store located downstairs. The room comes furnished with a twin bed in the den, a side table, chair, desk, dresser, mirror, and lamp. All beddings are included and available by your request.

About the roomies

I’m a friendly, outgoing, and respectful person. As a social drinker I drink occasionally.

You’ll be sharing a neat kitchen and a clean bathroom with me. Here’s a little bit about myself: I’m an immigrant originally from Taiwan, and currently work as a server and bartender with 2 hotels.
