(Closer to 64th/ Falconridge blvd near dollarama) Near bus, train, shopping. Shared full Bathroom, big kitchen ( fully equipped as my mom cooks when she visits Calgary 😋), formal dining, living areas and laundry ( brand new washer/ dryer) conveniently all set up on one floor. Big shared backyard completely fenced in. patio will be set up in spring/ summer. Street parking only. But there is initial process being explored for adding a private driveway for parking options in the future. The home can be occupied long term if necessary with options for renewal.

Hey there! At the moment it’s 2 male adults living in the master bedroom ( in my 40’s) and another bedroom ( in his late 20,s ). Both professionally employed. We’re Very easy going, clean and honest whom respect others privacy and space while still having a sociable side. I ( landlord in master bedroom) have a young adult daughter who keeps busy with university and work, so she only visits or we get together for outing’s. I enjoy watching hockey and sports and some good movies/ shows. Wing nights, nachos and good food is nice as well at the pub./ restaurants. I’m not much of drinker but am not bothered by others who do. Just don’t want a loud or party type of environment. The other Roomate is very quiet, respectful and all round decent clean person. I’m looking for a friendly, honest and chill Roomate to rent the spare room in a comfortable furnished living area home.
