(FEMALES ONLY) A fully furnished bedroom with a private bathroom is available for rent in a bright and spacious luxury condo in the Conroy & Hunt Club area. This corner unit gets plenty of natural light and features a large living room with a big TV, a full kitchen with all the essentials (cutlery, pots, dishes, etc.), a dining area, and an in-unit washer and dryer. There’s also a quaint little backyard and a private parking spot.

The condo is in a quiet residential building and is surrounded by beautiful walking and biking trails. It’s also super convenient, with a bus stop right beside the building and plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby.

Rent includes everything—water, hydro, electricity, and internet—so you don’t have to worry about extra bills. It’s the perfect space for someone who needs a peaceful place to work or study. The other bedroom is rented out to me a student. I study in Carleton university full time and work on weekends, the area is very convenient for Carleton students as it’s not as far, I have been renting out a room with the landlord here since September 2024 however the landlord will be moving out so I’m currently looking for another person to rent out the other room as I would love to stay in this lovely place :)
