The apartment is bright, renovated, clean, fully furnished, new appliances, washer/dryer, LED lighting.

Rent is $900 a month + utilities

You will be sharing the whole apartment with two other roommates.

The bathroom is shared with just one other roommate while the kitchen is shared with two other roommates. (the upstairs roommate has their own private bathroom).

The house is fully renovated and furnished.

We keep the house super clean and would want our next roommate to have the same values.

We are friendly, gracious and respectful roommates. We want to find a 3rd roommate that is on the same wavelength to keep the positive vibe we have in our shared apartment.
