Private Bedroom for Rent in Cozy 3-Bedroom House Near Ticat Stadium

Hey there! I’m looking for a friendly, responsible roommate to rent the master bedroom in my 3-bedroom house, just a short distance from the Ticat Stadium.

The house is shared with me, and the third bedroom will be used as an office/guest room/closet.

The available room is the unfurnished master bedroom—it has a nice-sized closet and will be freshly painted a warm white before you move in (you can change this). There’s one bathroom on the upper floor that we’ll share.

The house has tons of character with a fun green bathroom, original hardwood floors, and cute arch doorways. The photos are from when I bought the house earlier this year, and I’m currently repainting and doing some updates, so it will be mostly finished by the time you move in - the house will be more colourful. The rent includes utilities, internet, laundry and full access to the house and backyard. Street parking is available but requires a permit.

• I’m a 29 year old, working professional.
• I’m queer and would love to live with LGBTQ+ folks.
• I’m a non-smoker and prefer smoking to be done outside.
• I drink socially —just a couple of drinks on the occasional weekend. Totally cool with you drinking and having people over, just not too late/loud on work nights.
• I have a 6-year-old Corgi named Cedar. He’s super friendly and loves everyone, but he’s not too needy—he’ll likely just hang out nearby and keep to himself (he’s not much of a cuddle bug!). He is not great with other animals but has lived with both cats and dogs.
• I work in office except Thursdays when I work from home.
• I’m a hobby person—into knitting, crochet, gardening, roller derby, and a few other crafty things.
• I have a 2.5-year-old niece who comes over for sleepovers or babysitting sometimes, so you’d need to be okay with a kid around occasionally.
