The property has 2 bedrooms with spacious closets upstairs as well as a full bathroom. Downstairs has a shared living area, half bath, along with a dinning room and Kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large fridge and dishwasher! The room on the basement will be occupied by myself but there is a separate room that includes in house laundry! Rent included all utilities such as wifi, heat/AC , and hydro. The property also has a big backyard and parking available. Rooms will not be shared. The house is currently fully furnished Including the bedrooms

I’m a quiet and friendly person. I’m also a full time working healthcare professional who likes to cook, the outdoors, and binge watching Netflix. I like my living spaces to be clean (clean house clean mind or whatever that saying is) and am hoping to find 2 individuals that share the same interests!
