Beautiful ensuite room comes with private washroom all utilities are included with wifi. Shared washer and dryer is available. There are stairs involved there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit is on the top floor of the house. Accommodation area is shared space kitchen, living room area. There are a total of 3 ensuite rooms on top floor total.

I am, very clean respectful responsible kind person. The other person who is living on the property is the same. We are looking for someone who does not smoke has no pets and no partying . Very well maintained respect everyone’s space and privacy. Someone who is a very clean person and who will help keep accommodation areas clean.
