Olivia's room

Looking for someone to sublet my room from May 1st to August 1st, with the option to extend from August 1st onward! Room is in a basement suite shared with two other roommates, and is partially furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, and wardrobe (any other furniture pictured will be leaving with me). The suite includes a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room, as well as in-suite laundry facilities. Rent is $681 a month including utilities. The house is located less than 5 minutes away from the 26, 27, 28, and 39 bus routes, is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to UVic, and is also right next to shopping in Tuscany Village. There is a driveway with parking space, as well as plenty of street parking in the neighbourhood. Students are preferred, with non-smokers and non-pet owners being necessities!

Roommates are one male and one female, both early 20s and studying at Camosun College. Both are tidy, quite, and busy, often out of the house for most of the day. There is also a suite upstairs with four female UVic students, though the suites are separate apart from shared outdoor space. Everyone in the house is very friendly and welcoming!
