Avenue Ridgewood

The apartment is a beautiful 4&1/2 on the edge of Summit woods (Westmount). It is on a very quiet street while still being close to metro, buses, and downtown (Guy-Concordia). It is fully furnished but there is still space for another person’s stuff if needed :). There is an elevator & laundry in the building, dishwasher + other kitchen appliances came with the apartment. It is totally pet friendly (though, more towards cats). The rent is $1787 total + about $40 of electricity + $40 for wifi, so $933.5 ($893.5 + $40) per person.

I am the only roommate here XP. I am a student + working almost full time so I am more often than not outside of the apartment, but my cat is always inside. I am quite quiet in general, and really enjoy a clean and organized space. I am looking for someone that will share the peace the apartment brings me on a daily basis :)
