It’s a beautiful area with a park across the street. Close to downtown, close to Walmart and other shopping. Close to bus routes. Maybe 10 mins drive from Conestoga College. I am going through a custody battle so I am moving to Elmira to be closer to my daughter and am desperately seeking someone to take over my lease which has 3 months left on it, would have to resign July 1/25. I will even pay $200 of your first months rent as an incentive to help me out.
The other roommates here are extremely nice and mostly keep to themselves. Nothing bad to say really. The landlord is one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in Kitchener. She’s extremely genuine and is willing to work with you and your needs
