Xenia's room

The house is located at Dundas and Credit Woodlands Court and is a 2 minute walk to the bus, and 5 to 10 minutes to UTM campus and stores. The house: -Kitchen comes with dishes/all necessary kitchen items, 2 fridges (2 girls per fridge) and lots of storage for personal items -Common living room is furnished with a couch and eating area -Back deck overlooks the golf course and has a patio table and chairs -Powder room located on main floor  -Shared washroom on 2nd floor -Laundry room located on main floor -Unlimited Wi-fi included -Shared roommate responsibilities are an expectation (Cleaning duties etc as the house is to be kept CLEAN so looking for a roommate that will do their part to maintain a clean environment) -Air conditioning and utilities included

Bedroom: -Closet + dresser -Full sized bed with 4 large storage drawers and storage -Desk with desk chair -can provide more photos upon request -Rent: $940/month (utilities, wifi)

The legal stuff: -Standard Ontario lease agreement -Must provide proof of enrolment in school (UTM, Sherian etc), or proof of employment. -First and last is required

3 other roommates super nice and friendly. The room is available for the summer. All are students so that is preferred but the rooms is available to anyone who wants it
