Suite with large bedroom, walk in closet, and own bathroom. The room has enough space for a bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelf without feeling cramped. All utilities and wifi included. Laundry in unit. One small parking space available. Unit includes a decent size balcony.
There is a second smaller bedroom which I would be willing to rent to the right candidate for a lower price instead of the primary suite.
About the roomies
Hi, I am a quite 35yo male looking for a room mate who will be comfortable with my two cats. Or better yet, someone who will also enjoy having their compay. I am out of the house most of the day mon-fri working full time in Toronto. In the evening I’m typically relaxing by cooking, reading, and/or studying to advance my career skills. On the weekends I’m usually coming and going with errands, side projects, visiting friends, or cottaging.
