House rules (will be signed before moving in):
A) NO drugs, weed, vaping, smoking, drinking in the house and on the property.
B) Quite time between 20:30 and 9:00. Meaning β no loud activities in the house. Please use your headphones for music, video or video games during this time. If you need to talk on the phone β please go downstairs to the kitchen during quite time.
C) Kitchen use is possible 24\7 β itβs quite isolated from bedrooms.
D) No illegal activity
E) No pets
F) Yes, you can have guests over, but not during quite time. And not crowds please. Guest also must follow the rules. (i.e. β donβt walk in the house with shoes on etc.)
G) Chores will be shared equally β I am looking for clean individuals who love to maintain their house clean. Absolutely no shoes in the house. Also we can discuss an option to hire someone to come every 2 weeks to clean the whole house.
H) Cleaning after yourself in Kitchen, bathroom, common areas etc.
