Location - 96ave and 179st, Surrey. 2m to Trans Canada, Pacific HWY. 10m to Coquitlam, 15m to Burnaby, 25m to Vancouver, 30m to North Vancouver, 35m to West Vancouver. Available April 1. 12m walking distance to bus stops: EB Golden Ears Way @ 176 St WB 96 Ave @ 176 St Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished – can discuss.

1. Big room - $1000 (around 150sq.f)
2. Master bedroom with washroom (around 250sq.f) = $1200 (1450 if 2 people)
3. Giant room (around 300-320 sq.f.) = $1150 ($1400 if 2 people)
4. Half of a garage (for 1 car) = $200
5. EV charging – discussible All together 5 people per house max. *50% OFF RENT FOR MONTH OF APRIL – so you pay only half of the price for April, under condition that you live in the house for at least 6 months.

House rules (will be signed before moving in): A) NO drugs, weed, vaping, smoking, drinking in the house and on the property. B) Quite time between 20:30 and 9:00. Meaning – no loud activities in the house. Please use your headphones for music, video or video games during this time. If you need to talk on the phone – please go downstairs to the kitchen during quite time. C) Kitchen use is possible 24\7 – it’s quite isolated from bedrooms. D) No illegal activity E) No pets F) Yes, you can have guests over, but not during quite time. And not crowds please. Guest also must follow the rules. (i.e. – don’t walk in the house with shoes on etc.) G) Chores will be shared equally – I am looking for clean individuals who love to maintain their house clean. Absolutely no shoes in the house. Also we can discuss an option to hire someone to come every 2 weeks to clean the whole house. H) Cleaning after yourself in Kitchen, bathroom, common areas etc.

Required:

1. Proof of income (employment letter etc). Contacts from work.
2. References from previous landlords and contact phone numbers.
3. Half month of rent as a deposit required
