It’s an old 50s bungalow, so dated but cozy. Shared washroom, private bedroom. Small kitchen but room for storage in the undeveloped basement. Close to downtown, many amenities within blocks, including c-train. Nice back yard with mature trees.
About the roomies
I’m a single father of young girls 14 & 16, which I have week on - week off. Prefer a female because I have daughters. Looking for a responsible, employed, good clean human to share the home with. Not wanting pets, as I already have a small dog. You will need to buy your own groceries. I have most appliances etc to cook whatever one wants to. I work mon - fri and have weekends off.
