Private room with queen size bed + mattress and if needed a single bed + mattress is available, shared bathroom and kitchen is small but fully equipped, parking spot, balcony, laundry in the building.

You will be sharing the apartment with a male who you honestly barely gonna see or hear as when he is not working he plays games silently in this room, rarely cooks so technically the whole space is kinda yours. I am leaving Canada soon and is putting my now room up for lease transfer. No bills are included. I am also leaving a few stuffs behind like my bike, my huge miroir, all my hangers, water purifier, my tv, ect so feel free to use. It is right in front of the grocery store Maxi like literally in front, banks/atms nearby, multiple gas stations, hair salons, barber shop, gyms, restaurant, bus stops, tattoo shops, parks and so much more. We have a cool balcony with a bbq grill. My housemate speaks English/french/creole someone who I guarantee is never touching anything of yours, bother you or cause any problems. We looking for someone serious, who’s gonna pay on time, isn’t loud and clean.
