Walking distance to Whyte Ave, U of A, and all the basic amenities! Easy public transit access to anywhere in the city. There is unfortunately only one private parking spot, so if you have a car then one of us would have to park on the street. The living room and kitchen are equipped with all the necessary appliances including washer and dryer.
About the roomies
I am a 32 year old single male doing my After-Degree in Education at the U of A, but I will be working for the summer. I am fairly social, so I have friends over on the weekend sometimes, but rarely during the week.
