This room is an upstairs unit in a townhouse with a shared bathroom. There is a generous living area and the kitchen has plenty of storage. Our landlord is very responsive and has taken care of any questions/issues within days. I really like the location, the Hamilton GO Centre is a few minutes’ walk away, McMaster is a 20-minute bus ride, and Mohawk is a 15-minute bus ride away.

I’m a Mohawk student in the urban planning program and will not be present as over the summer semester as I will be subletting my room. Two or three other housemates will be here through the summer, they are quite friendly. One is an international student in nursing and another will be working and looking to study in Hamilton.
