About the room
One large bedroom (subject room) plus one large den (to be use as a second bedroom) in an upper scale condo building, located at Trafalgar and Dundas / Upper Midtown Oakville, with very closed access and proximity to prominent groceries, restaurants and fast foods, various services (dentist, doctor, nails, haircut, spa etc), public park with multiple sports facilities, schools and Sheridan College and a transport hub. The two renters will be sharing full bathroom, an in-suite washer and dryer, large kitchen and living area with balcony. Our Condo is located at the Penthouse of a mid-rise building that provides for lesser building density and has great amenities that includes a function room, rooftop garden, fast elevators and gym.
About the roomies
Young and current second year University of Toronto - Mississauga student will be renting the large den (to be enclose and use as a second room) starting May 1st 2025 and will be your roommate.
