Roommate Wanted for New Apartment in Arbour Lake NW! We’re two young UOfC students (18 & 19) looking for a third roommate, preferably female to join us in our brand-new apartment in walking distance to crowfoot lrt station . We’ve been living here since January and love the place, but we need one more person to complete the home! It only takes 15 minutes by transit to get to school so perfect for another uofc student. The room will be available on May 1st, with a remainder of an additional 8 months on the lease. (Prorated rent is an option if move in date extends beyond that, dependent upon the terms of the move in). Rent: $830/month and includes heat & water Utilities(electricity and wifi)$30-$50/month Location: Brand-new apartment complex in Arbour Lake NW.
