Start date: May 1st This spacious room is located in East york close to Victoria park station. Tenant would be Sharing this two bedroom unit with a couple. Price : 850 all utilities included . Shared bathroom and kitchen. The living room is not part of the space to be shared as it is my husband’s workspace. First and last month required. New comers and international students are welcome male tenants preferably !!!

About the roomies

We are very open minded and friendly couple. We cook a lot and are very chatty . We enjoy the company of friends once while. But not very often . If you are vegetarian this may not be the space for you as we cook a lot of meat .

We are very respectful and we mind our business, we work weekdays and enjoy our space on the weekends .
