You will be renting a room plus den, in a quiet 2+den basement apartment. Located in the trendy Junction neighbourhood tucked into a quiet residential street, there is no shortage of thing to do in this area. There’s plenty of trendy restaurants and cafes, art shops and game nights, drag shows and so many other cool things going on. Just a 10 minute walk to Keele Subway station and beautiful High Park. Grocery stores in walking distance.
Roommate is also responsible for paying half of the hydro, water and internet, and will need tenants insurance (I know of a very inexpensive option if you need help).
You will be sharing the apartment with me, my name is Robyn I’m in my 30s. I work a regular 9-5 job. You will have to go through a landlord check, they require that to be done by them independently before approval. If you have questions feel free to ask.
