One bedroom in a spacious Sandy Hill apartment opening for sublet around May 1 (flexible) until September 30, after which point you have the option of signing the lease for rent. Centrally located, full living room, dining room, kitchen, washroom with shower(no bath), washer and dryer out back, balcony(with stairs to ground), numerous closets for storage, bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment.
