King Street East

Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate for our 2 bedroom apartment as my current roommate is moving out for school. We have lived here for two years and love it. It’s a top floor of a storefront. Parking included. The house is fully furnished and the room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Very spacious, close to lots of restaurants and necessities. Move in date is flexible :)

I will be the only other person living here. I will be away for most of the summer for work but am home in September. I work full time. I’m clean and friendly and easy to live with :) I’m 24 and work with youth. I like to snowboard and skateboard, play guitar, and hangout with friends and my girlfriend. 🏳️‍🌈 I’m easy going and friendly. Looking for someone who is similar :)
