Unfurnished bedroom available in our cozy 3-bed, 1.5-bath bungalow located in Lakeview SW. The main floor is fully furnished and tastefully decorated - just bring your own bedroom furniture and you’re set. The home offers a large yard, plenty of storage, and easy street parking. Shared laundry with the basement suite and no smoking indoors.

In a great neighborhood! We’re steps away from Weaselhead Park, Grey Eagle Casino/Concert Hall, and North Glenmore Park. We’re less than 5 minutes from Stoney Trail, Crowchild, and Glenmore, but the area stays peaceful and quiet. Bus route 66 connects directly to downtown stopping a two minute walk away, we’re also 10 minutes away from Marda Loop and MRU.

You’ll be sharing this home with a friendly, easygoing same-sex couple in our early-to-mid twenties, and our very polite shepherd. We’ve been living here comfortably for about a year and a half. There is also a chill basement tenant who is around roughly one week per month. We keep a few fish tanks, love walks with our dog, enjoy casual drinks with friends, and often venture out to explore the mountains.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable roommate who vibes well with a relaxed household. Unfortunately, the room is only suitable for one person - we’re absolutely cool if you’re dating someone, but we can’t accommodate two people moving into the space. Unfortunately we are also only allowed one pet in the unit.
