Unfurnished bedroom in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath furnished main floor bungalow in Lakeview SW. Large yard, lots of storage and street parking. One of the bedrooms is a spare room/office. Shared laundry with basement suite. No smoking in the building.

Very close to Weaselhead Park, Grey Eagle Casino/Concert Hall and North Glenmore Park. Stoney Trail, Crowchild and Glenmore all border the community but our area stays very calm and quiet. Bus route 66 goes through the community to downtown, close to Marda Loop and MRU.

Sharing the house with a same-sex couple and very well mannered shepherd. Basement tenant is only around one week per month. Your roomies will be two working males in their early-mid twenties. We’ve had the house for 1.5 years with a couple roommates occupying the room that’s now available. We have a couple fish tanks, enjoy walks with the dog, casual drinks with friends and exploring the mountains. Looking for a clean, reliable and friendly roommate. Unfortunately no additional pets or couples allowed in our unit.
