This townhouse is in Grimsby-on-the-Lake. You can see the lake from your bedroom. The beach and restaurants are within a 5-minute walking distance. You will have use of the kitchen, living room, backyard, and BBQ. There is some storage space in the basement. The laundry is on site. The area is relatively quiet and peaceful. Street parking only. I work at home so need someone who works out of the home.
