About the room
Looking for someone to take over my room from the end of April or beginning of May (flexible). The room is spacious, fully furnished, and you’ll just need to bring your personal belongings. You’ll share the bathroom with one other room. The house is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a basement that has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV (Netflix included). The kitchen is fully equipped as well. Everything you need is here in this quiet, peaceful home. All three rooms are available, so if you’re interested in renting the whole place, feel free to reach out, and I’ll connect you with the friendly landlord. Rent is 1200 CAD per room, or 3600 CAD for the whole place. No deposit required.
