Furnished room sublet from April 2 to April 20 (2.5 weeks, $500) in a semi-communal home. This is not a long-term room rental. If this posting is still up, it is still available. Available for a woman only, as per landlord request.

The available private bedroom area is at the back of the large shared space with curtained bed areas. The available bedroom area has a closet and east facing window. Shared kitchen and bathroom with 4 women (including yourself). Shared downstairs laundry area and half bathroom with the whole house.

There’s a large yard and we are on a quiet street near W16/Arbutus.

Things to Note: -A relaxed/friendly family lives upstairs and they have a cat, dog, and teenage kids. They have their own front entrance. -Separate entrance for the four tenants on the lower level -Rental is available for women only -All utilities (including Wifi) are included -Room has a twin bed, dresser, mirror, desk, chair, night table -LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly

Walk 2 min to Loblaws grocery store and Starbucks 2 min to bus stops (#33, #16) 5 min to coffee shops, park 15 min to Granville St shopping or Arbutus and Broadway shopping 30 min to Kitsilano Beach

Bus 20 min to UBC 25 min to downtown

Please message with an introduction. This place is perfect if you’re staying in Vancouver for a couple of weeks and don’t want to stay at a hotel or AirBnB. It is also an ideal option if you are in between places.

-Roomie 1 is currently in school and working a part-time job. They like to go to the gym and have long walks.

-Roomie 2 is studying full-time and works part-time. They are away on weekends. They enjoy art and comedy movies.
