About the room
I have a room available in my apartment starting May 1st, 2025 (1 year lease).
Tons of natural light, high ceilings, recently renovated and open-concept space in a mature and quiet neighbourhood situated right at the border of Kitchener and Waterloo. 30 seconds from a bus stop and minutes from the Spurline Trail.
Your bedroom is about 12.5x9ft and has a full walk-in closet (5x5.5ft) and an east-facing window.
The apartment is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. There is currently a double bed in the bedroom and a big desk in the hallway you can use for any work. You are welcome to use those, or I can put them in storage if you want to bring your own
About the roomies
The house is a duplex so you would live in the upstairs apartment with me (24 yr old man).
We share outdoor space with 2 wonderful people (Connor and Joel) and their dog (Loki) who live in the downstairs apartment.
The most important factor is your ability to live happily with me i.e. shared values & lifestyle is very important. Someone quiet, clean, and responsible.
