I’m looking for housemates ( ONLY GIRLS) for a fully furnished 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms + 2 outdoor parking new Townhouse (built-in 2021) for long-term rent ( 1 year ) off Avalon, 10th Line, in Orleans.

OR for a small family: monthly rent $3100 + Utilities ( furnished, 1-year contract, no smoking or pets allowed)

Upper Floor:

Master bedroom + walk-in closet + bathroom: Can be shared by 2: Monthly Rent $1200+ all utilities. ( $600 each)

2nd Bedroom: 1 Bedroom with a single bed + common bathroom : $700 + all utilities shared

2nd Bedroom: 1 Bedroom with a bunk bed ( can be shared if needed) + common bathroom: $800 + all utilities shared

Laundry with washer & dryer

Main Floor: Living/dining/ open kitchen Powder room There’s space for 2 vehicles on the driveway. Backyard and a small shared front yard

Basement: There’s already one girl in the basement.

Location - Walking distance to Innes Road, public transport, and many grocery stores (Metro, Farmboy, Sobeys)

A security deposit of 2 months is required. A credit check and reference are required.

This is my home and I have rented out as I am currently out of city. There is one girl already in this property with two other friends, but those two are moving out. So she is willing to find 3 other girls and stay as it is very close to her work. She is very friendly and clean. Looking for someone with same qualities to so can live there happily and peacefully. :)
