Looking for a roommate in a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment, available May 1st. Rent is $750 monthly. We are two university students looking for other students or young professionals to rent the room. It is a large bedroom with a walk in closet available for rent. Parking is available for an additional cost. Located in Ottawa’s Centretown, it is 30 minutes to UOttawa by LRT or by walking. The apartment is close to grocery stores, restaurants and more! Easy to get around Ottawa through the use of LRT or buses. The room is unfurnished, but kitchen appliances and living room necessities are fully equipped. There is a coin laundry in the building. Hydro and wifi are additional costs.

We are 2 University students staying in Ottawa. We are clean and studious and we are looking for students who are interested in living in Centertown. Contact us if you’re interested!
