Newly built 2-storey house. 3 bedrooms, unfurnished. 2.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to Niagara College Welland Campus. Rent is split equally, and utilities are shared between the roommates.

Some Things to Note: A few pieces of furniture will be provided for the dining and living room, but the rest of the house is unfurnished. Laundry machines are on the second floor. There is a single-car garage. No pets allowed. No air conditioning in the house.

We are two respectful and easygoing roommates looking for a third person to live with us. We’re both students at Niagara College and enjoy a balance of socializing and quiet time. We keep the space tidy and enjoy a peaceful, laid-back environment but are also open to occasional hangouts. We appreciate clear communication, respect for shared spaces, and a positive, friendly vibe. Ideally, we’re looking for another college/uni student to join us.
