Hi! My friend and I are looking for someone to fill a room in our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment! The lease starts May 1st, it can be a short term lease (may 1st to end of august) or full year lease (may 1st -april 30th 2025). The apartment has coin laundry on site. Utilities are not included but average around $20 to $30 per person, and is a 10 minute walk to campus! Its near metro and downtown.

We are both upper year girls at Queens looking for another female (preferably a student, but open to non students in early 20s)! I’m a psychology major at queens and my friend is a history major! we both take our school seriously throughout the week but occasionally like to go out/ have nights in together! we have 2 cats that are super friendly!
