Hi! My name is Caitlyn, I am renting the second bedroom of my 2 bed 1 bath condo in marda loop! Its a beautiful condo with natural light and a big kitchen. The common spaces will be fully furnished but not the bedroom, unless you need it to be, then we can further discuss that! We will be sharing a bathroom and there is in suite laundry. There is a small patio up front and the location is close to downtown, coffee shops, and the river.

I am 21yrs old and am currently working as a server at a brewery. In the spring/summer, I am outdoors a lot and I love to travel. I love doing yoga, cooking, sometimes out with friends but I don’t party much. Im very clean and would except the same from my roommate! metal respect for each other and the space :) I want to get along well with my future roomie and be able to have fun, but I am also someone who loves their alone time and will also be in my room a lot if not at work!
